How does Buyer Refund guaranteed?
Buyer refund is highly guaranteed. Once your return item has been received by the seller, we will ensure you get a refund. That’s because payments made on Koolxpress are held in escrow until the transaction is satisfactorily completed.
Refunds are easy, simply follow these steps
- Provide us with Order ID details and e-mail: email@example.com
- We will confirm the Refund request and will inform you about the process.
Most refunds are fully refunded in 7 days after we receive and process your return.
If you pay us by using card then we will make a refund to your bank.
